。项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目进行公开招标。1.2本招标项目为四川省行政区域内的国家投资工程建设项目，成都市龙泉驿区发展和改革局 （核准机关名称）核准(招标事项核准文号为龙发改审批【2016】326号 )的招标组织形式为委托招标 。招标人选择（本招标项目在省发展改革委指定比选网站上的项目编号为HG20170315004 ）的招标代理机构是四川中恒洲工程项目管理有限公司 。 2．项目概况与招标范围2.1工程名称：山泉镇桃源村组织活动场所“提档升级”建设工程。2.2建设地点：山泉镇桃源村4组。2.3建设内容及规模：建筑面积654.23平方米，建筑内容包括建筑工程、结构工程、水电工程和装修工程。2.4质量等级：达到国家现行施工验收规范合格标准；2.5标段划分：本次招标施工分为 1 个标段；2.6招标范围：工程量清单及施工图纸所示范围内的全部施工内容。2.7计划工期： 120 日历天（开工时间以发包方通知为准）。 3．投标人资格要求3.1施工各标段入围条件：投标人在招标公告中的发售招标文件（或投标报名）首日，建筑工程施工企业的60日信用综合评价得分（发布在成都市建筑市场信用信息管理系统公示平台，以下同）排名前 350（含）名；本次招标要求入围投标单位还应具备：（1）独立企业法人资格，有效的企业法人营业执照及安全生产许可证；（2）具备建设行政主管部门颁发的建筑工程施工总承包 *** 及以上资质；（3）2014年至今至少已完成(或在建）2个类似工程业绩 ；（4）拟派驻本项目的项目经理须具有建筑工程专业建造师 *** 或以上资格、有效的安全生产考核合格B证、本单位近六个月社保证明；（5）近3年（2014年-2016年）内财务无亏损（成立不足3年的从成立之日起算）；（6）未处于投标禁入期，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的施工能力。 3.2本次招标不接受联合体投标。 3.3各投标单位须具备《成都市建设领域市场主体信用记录（评价）网络登记表》、《成都市建设领域从业人员信用记录（评价）网络登记表》；（2）省外企业须具备有效的四川省建设厅颁发的《四川省省外建筑企业入川承揽业务验证登记证》或带二维码的《四川省省外入川承揽业务信息录入证》。 4．招标文件的获取4.1凡有意参加投标者，请于 *** 至 ***
