（项目审批、核准或备案机关名称）以眉市发改投【2015】157号 （批文名称及编号）批准建设，项目业主为四川岷东房地产开发有限公司 ，建设资金来自业主自筹 （资金来源），项目出资比例为100% ，招标人为四川岷东房地产开发有限公司 。项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目进行公开招标。1.2本招标项目为四川省行政区域内的国家投资工程建设项目，眉山市发展和改革委员会 （核准机关名称）核准(招标事项核准文号为眉市发改投【2015】157号 )的招标组织形式为委托招标 。招标人选择（本招标项目在省发展改革委指定比选网站上的项目编号为PF20170721016 ）的招标代理机构是中科标禾工程项目管理有限公司 。 2．项目概况与招标范围2.1 建设地点: 眉山市岷东新区。2.2 建设规模：包含高压电缆分支箱、干式变压器、低压配电柜、成套发电机及发电 机配电柜、户表柜设备采购、安装（含设备基础）、调试、验收，及与之对应配套的桥架、 母线、电力电缆、电缆沟钢盖板等安装与防火封堵、低压配电柜出线至总包安装配电箱柜 的电缆、项目红线外环网柜至地下室高压配电柜至各变压器的电力电缆、发电机输出电力 母线、发电机房配电柜到低压联络柜电缆及母线槽的供货、安装与防火封堵、所有设备按 照规范要求内所有的接地及调试。（具体工作内容详见施工图及工程量清单）。户表工程： 包含施工图范围内电缆、设备的采购、安装、调试、验收等施工。2.3 招标范围：施工图纸和相应工程量清单所表达的范围（工程量清单与施工图不一致时， 以工程量清单为准）。2.4 工期要求：90 日历天。2.5 质量要求：设备和安装符合国家电网及行业现行规范，满足设计要求达到 验收合格标准。2.6 资金来源：业主自筹。2.7
