（项目名称）招标公告1．招标条件1.1本招标项目宣汉县渔禅寺公园建设项目 （项目名称）已由宣汉县发展和改革局 （项目审批、核准或备案机关名称）以《关于宣汉县渔禅寺公园片区棚户区改造项目可行性研究报告的批复》宣发改投资【2016】47号 （批文名称及编号）批准建设，项目业主为宣汉县住房和城乡规划建设局 ，建设资金来自业主多渠道筹集解决 （资金来源），项目出资比例为政府投资100% ，招标人为宣汉县住房和城乡规划建设局 。项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目进行公开招标。1.2本招标项目为四川省行政区域内的国家投资工程建设项目，宣汉县发展和改革局 （核准机关名称）核准(招标事项核准文号为宣发改投资【2016】47号 )的招标组织形式为委托招标 。招标人选择（本招标项目在省发展改革委指定比选网站上的项目编号为PF20151113008 ）的招标代理机构是华春建设工程项目管理有限责任公司 。 2．项目概况与招标范围2.1 标段划分：施工一个标段；监理一个标段。2.2 建设地点：宣汉县东乡镇鱼禅寺路。2.3 建设内容及规模：包括：1公园景观工程(含景观广场、景观给排水、景观照明、慢行道及绿化设计、景观附属构建筑物设计)；2配套用房工程，框架结构，独立柱基础，含配套用房1(总建筑面积为175.36m2)、配套用房2(总建筑面积为270.08m2)；3公共厕所及管理用房工程，砖混结构，条形基础，(含公共卫生间、管理用房1、管理用2，合计总建筑面积为147m2)。2.4 计划工期： *** 。2.5 招标范围：施工标段为施工图及工程量清单所示全部内容；监理标段为本工程施工及缺陷责任期内的全部监理。 3．投标人资格要求3.1本次施工招标要求投标人须具备市政公用工程、建筑工程施工总承包 *** 及以上资质， 2014年以来已完成二个不低于本次招标规模标准的类似项目业绩，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的施工能力。本次监理招标要求投标人须具备市政公用工程监理 *** 及以上资质，2014年以来已完成2个不低于本次招标建设规模的类似项目业绩，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的监理服务能力。 3.2本次施工招标接受（¨接受¨不接受）联合体投标。联合体投标的，应满足下列要求：组成联合体的单位不超过两家；联合体各方需签订联合体协议书，由具备市政公用工程施工总承包 *** 及以上资质的投标单位作为联合体牵头人；牵头人负责联合体在本次投标活动和合同的全面实施。本次监理招标不接受（¨接受¨不接受）联合体投标。联合体投标的，应满足下列要求： / 。 3.3各投标人均可就上述标段投标，但可以中标的合同数量不超过1(具体数量)个标段。企业注册地不在四川省行政区域内的外地企业,必须办理入川承揽业务验证登记证或带二维码的入川承揽业务信息录入证原件扫描件。
